THE WEBINARS ARE NOW COMPLETE BUT COPIES OF THE PRESENTATIONS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE MAX TOOLKIT
The MAX project team hosted a series of webinars to help local authority (LA) staff to use the MAX toolkit to maximise the relevance, value and use of Adult Social Care and Carers’ survey data for local decision-making and performance improvement. The webinars were developed in response to feedback received from existing MAX toolkit users, and were hosted on the 7th November and 2nd December 2016.
The webinars focused on the individual elements of the MAX toolkit (e.g. planning, reporting) and the individual analysis tools included in analysis and interpretation element. All LA staff who are registered to use the MAX toolkit are welcome to attend. Each webinar lasted between 10-20 minutes and were free.
