Our earlier research and consultations showed us that local authority (LA) staff are really keen to share their ideas and experiences with their colleagues in other organisations.
We would therefore like to invite registered LA users of the MAX toolkit who have participated in an earlier telephone interview to collaborate on the development of short case studies and worked examples. These will provide overviews or step-by-step demonstrations of how the MAX toolkit has helped them to:

• Modify the adult social care or carers survey to fulfil local information needs (e.g. by adding local questions);
• Conduct in-depth analysis and produce findings that can – or has been used to – inform local performance improvement activities; and/or
• Produce focused and engaging analysis reports.

The case studies and worked examples will be shared with other registered MAX toolkit users (either in an anonymised or non-anonymised form) and, it is hoped, will serve as a vital means of knowledge exchange.
