Statistical tests and tools

The MAX toolkit contains tools, step by step instructions and/or pre-recorded training presentations to support you to conduct a number of statistical tests in Excel. Additional guidance and suggestions on how to use these tools to explore your ASCS and PSS SACE datasets are provided in the further analysis guides [available on the downloads page].
Click on the links below to find out more and to access the tools and materials.
Please note: the full functionality of the MAX spreadsheet tools requires that you have Microsoft Excel 2010 or later, and that you have also installed the Analysis ToolPak and Real Statistics Resource Pack add-in programmes. Instructions on how to install these add-ins can be accessed here.
